27-Unit Modular Senior & Veteran Housing
Located in the heart of Fontana, this community is being developed in partnership with Bethel AME Church to provide 27 units of modular, supportive housing for seniors and veterans facing homelessness. This vibrant, service-oriented community is designed with wellness and dignity at its core.
Scheduled for completion in Fall 2025, the development includes ADA-compliant units, designated parking, and access to supportive services. It reflects our commitment to transforming underused land into hope-filled, purpose-driven housing.
